Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Descriptions:

1. Manage the Online Store of Brand in Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, and similar platforms

2. Execute Campaign Marketplace and Optimizing ROI

3. Manage the Marketplace Advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, and Similar platforms

4. Execute and Report to E-Commerce Team leader for all Campaign Activities in the platforms

5. Update the Online Store Product list, Price, Picture, Campaign, Promotion

6. Analysed market competitor and stay updated the market trend

7. Coordinate with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)

8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales

9. Create, manage, and optimize TikTok anda Meta advertising campaigns

10. Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts

Requirements:

1. 2 Years experience E-Commerce Operations

2. Experience in handling paid advertising on Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, Meta and similar platforms

3. Experience in handling marketplace, operation, product upload, product descriptions, traffic buying, any skill related to ecommerce at least 1 Years

4. Have Experience working with Marketplace AM/RM (Account Manager / Relationship Manager)

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Excellent skill using Microsoft Excel

7. Expertise using Canva is a plus

8. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, CPAS, etc.)
