- Lead the partnership across the agency portfolio as a senior strategic advisor, providing best-in-class client service based on TTD's vision and values in the Indonesia market. - Responsible for growing revenues through strategic cross selling and upselling opportunities by understanding the core client business needs. - Provide strategic oversight of your portfolio of accounts, participating in key client meetings while maintaining relationships with senior leaders and decision makers across brands and their corresponding agencies. - Work closely with Business Development to cultivate your accounts - Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. - Demonstrating the value of The Trade Desk to clients by providing innovative solutions that meet the clients’ needs and our business goals. - Manage, motivate and empower a cross functional team of Account Managers and Traders to drive consistent YoY account growth, overseeing their day-to-day management, motivating the team by setting clear expectations, developing career path plans, providing constructive feedback, managing bandwidth and maintaining a high level of performance from the team, reporting progress against goals to management. - Participate in product road map build out discussions based on client needs with senior leadership, product, & engineering - Communicate effectively with other functions (product, marketing, inventory, partnership team) by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. - Maintain strong cross-pod relationships to support horizontal center of excellence across account management and traders.
