- Lead, coach and develop the Sales and Marketing team. - Hold at least five years Sales and Marketing experience in either an independent property or international chain luxury hotel in a senior commercial role. DO - Be capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment managing multiple projects at once. - Set, implement and monitor annual business plan goals and sales targets for the resort, restaurants and spa, with a proven track record of same. - Research, evaluate international trends for future business porential. - Represent Viceroy Bali at key tradeshows, roadshows and events. - Have a strong network of luxury travel advisors globally. - Ensure digital presence is in keeping with what the marker requires and be aligned or ahead of global hotel online trends.
