Professional engineering license or relevant certification in building services 4. Experiencing in large scale commercial projects, complex technical system, integration, and building services coordination 5. Understanding of technical document preparation, quality assurance processes, and building codes and regulations 6. Understanding MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, gas systems and related safety protocols 7. Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Lumion, Revit, or similar) 8. Risk assessment and mitigation expertise
