Drafter Engineer

Purpose of the job

To create accurate technical drawings and support the engineering team in the development of products and projects

Job responsibility:

• Create and produce technical drawings using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, or similar tools.

• Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and construction plans based on engineering specifications and instructions.

• Assist the engineering team with design revisions and updates based on feedback from stakeholders, including engineers and clients.

• Maintain and organize documentation of drawings, revisions, and design updates accurately.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies in all technical drawings.

• Provide progress reports and identify potential design issues that need to be addressed.

Essential Professional Experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Drafter or in a similar technical role (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical engineering).

• Proficiency in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks

Skill

• Strong knowledge of CAD software tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).

• Have strong presentation skill

Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is a must

Qualification:

• Maximum 35 years old

• Minimum Bachelor of Diploma Electrical Engineering is a must or Mechanical Engineering is a must

• Certification or training in CAD software is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and the ability to apply industry standards in technical design.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
