Job Description

Coordinate to ensure the implementation of driver training and evaluation schedules 

Check and control the availability of work schedules (roster) for all drivers. 

Provide regular explanations and direction to drivers regarding compliance with the attendance schedule according to the roster. 

Carrying out periodic reviews and coaching on driver discipline and performance. 

Collaborate with the HSE and Operations Team to prevent incidents from occurring.

 

Requirements

Have minimum Diploma III 

Have 3 - 5 Years performed in Transport, Logistics & Driver Management environment 

Minimum last active position as Supervisor / Assistant Manager in Driver Management

Good communication, adaptation & initiatives
