Duty Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with hotel standards. Acting as the manager on duty, this role supports all operational departments, resolves guest concerns, supervises the Front Office team, and ensures a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest. OUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably at a mid-scale international business hotel with approximately 250 rooms. * English communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong Leadership Demonstrates the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals while fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. * Familiar with property management system-Opera Cloud (Front Office) * Having a positive attitude towards work, strong attention to detail, be self- disciplined and self-motivated, and set a good working example * Guest-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
