• Perform daily inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs of villa facilities (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general equipment) • Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently and prevent breakdowns • Identify technical issues and provide quick solutions to avoid disruption to guest experience • Ensure public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas are well maintained • Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues or guest complaints related to engineering • Assist in renovation, installation, and improvement works as assigned • Maintain proper use and storage of tools and report damaged or missing equipment • Work closely with Housekeeping and Front Office for smooth operations • Previous experience in hotel, villa, or property maintenance is an advantage • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and general maintenance • Able to use basic tools and equipment properly • Able to work independently and in a team • Flexible working hours, including weekends or holidays • Basic communication skills and able to understand instructions clearly
