E - commerce Supervisor

Job Requirements:
1. Education min Bachelor Degree in Digital or Equivalent fields
2. At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace (tokopedia, shopee, tiktok shop, etc.)
3. Have an experienced in Shopify.
4. Have an experienced in Ginee or Omnichanel system.
5. Creative and have the ability to generate innovative and original ideas.
6. Age below 32 years old.

Job Descriptios:
1. Reply to chat inquiries from customers quickly and accurately on all Marketplaces.
2. Processing incoming orders from Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok).
3. Handle live streaming operations Checking inventory and updating stock in each marketplace.
4. Answering messages from marketplace consumers giving explanations about products to consumers who ask.
5. Serve complaints and feedback received by consumers.
6. Organize product feeds in the marketplace used and provide detailed information on each product sold by the company in the marketplace
7. Uploading photos and information of newly released products to the marketplace platform.
8. Create an annual promo schedule and design related promos in the marketplace set discounts on the promos concerned.
9. Provide solutions and follow up on handling complaints from the marketplace to the relevant team.
