- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/Psychology/or any relevant field - Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Passionate in the early years education and working with young children - Students/Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Willing to learn new things and able to work in team - Fluent in one instrument (e.g. Guitar.Ukulele) will be a plus - Creative individual, with strong attention to detail and very well organized - Able to communicate clearly to parents/school director/ team members/crew - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational materials that support children's cognitive. social, emotional, and physical development - Set up and maintain a safe, organized, and inviting classroom environment that fosters exploration, creativity, and learning - Regularly assess each child's development and adjust teaching methods regularly - Build strong, supportive relationships with students, encouraging positive behavior, social skills, and emotional regulation - Stay updated on the latest educational practices and trends in early childhood education through workshops, training, and research - Ensure that all learning materials, toys, and classroom areas are cleaned and organized after each class to maintain a safe, hygienic environment
