Requirements • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an eCommerce admin, especially with TikTok and Tokopedia. • Familiar with all e commerce seller centers. • Proficient in Microsoft, especially Word and Excel. • Possesses knowledge related to eCommerce features. • Experience in FMCG or beauty companies is preferred. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a data driven mindset. • Able to work in a team, collaborating with the eCommerce, supply chain, and finance/accounting teams. Responsibilities • Handle day to day e commerce operations. • Stock management based on availability. • Set up promotions, including direct discounts, vouchers, GWP, etc. • New product listing • Product, category and store deco settings. • Support the e commerce team. • Prepare monthly sales reports and submit them to finance • Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams regarding sellable stock and gifts.
