Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Oriented

Manage relationships with online marketplaces (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Zalora).

Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams inventory, warehouse, and marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management.

Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and e-commerce trends.

Experience with marketplace tools for managing listings, inventory, and promotions.

Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated customer service issues.
