Ecommerce Staff

Requirements  & Jobdesk :

1. Candidate must process at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree any field

2. Have minimum 2-3 years experience as a Ecommerce in the retail industry, especially in fashion/sport/footwear/active lifestyle

3. Good Communication skills, good leadership skills and analytical skills.

4. Able to operate Microsoft office

5. Have technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, websites, applications and advertising media.

6. Strong knowledge of e commerce business processes from customer orders, shipping, to customer refunds

7. Manage and maintain product pages and manage E-commerce inventory for all E-commerce including marketplaces.

8. Develop and launch the company's e-commerce business strategy and manage annual expense budgets and sales forecasts

9. Undertake regular progress monitoring, market analysis, and develop appropriate corrective action plans

10. Develop and manage existing or new customers
