Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business E- Commerce or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in managing online marketplaces (tokopedia, shopee, lazada, tiktok shop, etc).
Ability to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to each marketplaces.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance using marketplace analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and partners.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle issues professionally.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple marketplaces
simultaneously.
Job Descriptions
Manage and optimize product listings on Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other relevant marketplaces.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns specific to each marketplace, including flash sales, bundle deals, and vouchers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through marketplace messaging systems.
Ensure timely and professional responses to maintain high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
Monitor stock levels and synchronize inventory across all platforms to prevent overselling.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales trends, conversion rates, and customer behavior on each marketplace.
Manage and resolve any issues related to marketplace policies, such as product removals or account suspensions.
