Responsibilities: • Develop sales strategies and execute promotional activities. • Manage customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery. • Achieve sales targets collaboratively with the team. • Curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook to foster audience growth and drive sales. • Identify and utilize advertising opportunities online and in print media. • Produce captivating visual and written content, including photos and videos. • Coordinate events and product exhibitions. • Maintain marketing assets, both online and offline, in collaboration with the I CAN READ HQ marketing team or external agencies. • Update databases and monitor marketing performance. • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely task completion and program delivery. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a relevant field. • Proficiency in managing social media platforms. • Strong teamwork, communication, and networking skills. • Excellent written and verbal English proficiency. • Creativity and strong attention to detail. • Effective organization, planning, and commercial awareness. • Data management proficiency.
