Elementary Coordinator

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field

• Proven experience in leadership (minimum 3-5 years as a coordinator, department head, or similiar role)

• Ability to mentor & to delegate tasks effectively and provide clear guidance to teachers and staff

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills (Skilled in conflict resolution among students, teachers, and parents)

• Familiarity with 21st-century teaching methods, including STEAM, project-based learning, and digital literacy

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and ed-tech tools

• Strong student behavior management skills while promoting positive discipline

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to represent the school professionally in community outreach and events

• Strong ability to adapt to educational change (shifting curriculum, governmentpolicies, or technological advancements)

• Willingness to pursue professional development (attending workshops, conferences, or leadership training)

• Ability to oversee scheduling, assessments, and school policies

• Strong experience in school timetable scheduling, including last-minute changes and emergency adjustments

• Ability to optimize teacher workload while ensuring smooth operations

• Familiarity with school accreditation processes and compliance with educational standards

• A visionary mindset to drive school improvements

• Passion for fostering a positive school culture

• Experience in conducting regular team meetings and training sessions for teacher
