About the role

PT VOKSEL ELECTRIC Tbk. is seeking a talented Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Cileungsi, West Java, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of our electrical and electronic engineering products. As a key member of our organisation, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and controling processes and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements

• Prepare tools based on production process planning.

• Analyzing data, generating reports, and proposing corrective and preventive actions to improve production process

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality concerns throughout the product lifecycle

• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality management

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably in the electrical/electronic/Mechanical/Industrial engineering

• Knowledge of electrical installation, KWH panels, grounding, and PLN standards

• Proficiency in using data analysis tools

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
