- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Perform minor repairs to physical facilities, such as doors, windows, and fixtures. - Assist in small-scale renovation and construction projects. - Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report any damage. - Collaborate with the engineering team to complete assigned tasks. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Minimum High School Diploma or vocational certificate in a technical field - Minimum 1 years of experience in facility maintenance or construction. - Ability to read blueprints. - Proficiency in using various hand and power tools. - Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physically fit and able to work in a dynamic environment
