Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

   • Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions for English language teachers.

   • Demonstrate effective teaching methodologies, classroom management strategies, and student engagement techniques.

2. Curriculum Development

   • Design and develop teacher training materials, including lesson plans, resources, and assessments.

   • Ensure that training content aligns with current ESL/EFL teaching standards and best practices.

3. Teacher Support and Mentorship

   • Observe and evaluate teachers’ performance in the classroom.

   • Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and support to enhance teaching skills.

4. Program Assessment and Improvement

   • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance outcomes.

   • Recommend and implement improvements to training materials and delivery methods.

5. Professional Development

   • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in English language teaching.

   • Share knowledge and best practices with teachers to ensure continuous professional growth.
