Enterprise Team Lead

Job Requirements:

• Have min 3-4 years experience as sales

• Have experience handle sales team (min. 3 person)

• Have B2B experience in SaaS (especially HRIS, CRM, LMS)

• Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as positive attitudes

• Highly motivated, able to work with target, and fast learner

• Have own corporate clients database to reach out would be a plus point

• Able to work in Jabodetabek Area 
  

Job Descriptions:

• Handle prospects and close sales through meetings, presentations and follow ups  

• Set meetings via the established channels (telephone, email and Linkedin) to introduce the Enterprise solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the targeted market

• Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints or objections from corporate clients about enterprise products

• Collaborate with the team to achieve better results

• Conduct constant leads follow-up through calls and emails to ensure project completion

• Conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel

• Create proposal for potential clients
