Estate Property Operations Coordinator

About the Company N Residence Bali is a residential development located in Nyanyi, Bali, offering a low-density gated community concept focused on sustainability, community living, and long-term value. The project integrates modern residences with services such as 24/7 security, housekeeping, and estate management to deliver a comfortable and well-managed living experience.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the residential estate (villa / gated community)

• Coordinate operational teams including housekeeping, security, engineering, and gardening

• Ensure all estate facilities (pool, landscaping, roads, utilities, etc.) are well-maintained and functioning properly

• Supervise vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness

• Handle residents’ requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules across the estate

• Maintain high service standards aligned with hospitality and community living concepts

• Monitor operational expenses and prepare regular reports

• Support resident engagement activities and community programs

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall comfort within the estate

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field

• At least 2–3 years of experience in property management, villa, hotel, or estate operations

• Strong understanding of residential estate or hospitality operations

• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate across multiple departments

• Good communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage)

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high initiative

• Experienced in preparing operational reports and monitoring performance

• Willing to be based in Nyanyi, Tabanan – Bali Preferred

Qualifications:

• Experience in villa management, resort, or gated community operations

• Understanding of sustainable living and community-based development

• Familiarity with property management systems
