Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at EOS Interior in Tangerang. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing blueprints and specifications, collaborating with project managers, and ensuring cost efficiency in project execution.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 Year Experience in the same field

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience in estimating project costs and analyzing blueprints

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of construction materials and methods

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, estimating software)

• Basic knowledge on Interior Design Software (e.g., Sketchup, Autocad, etc.)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Min. Degree in Interior, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
