- Minimum 3 years previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef with Western and Asian cuisine background
- A diploma Degree in Culinary Arts or related discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant manager in the Food & Beverage industry
- Up-to-date knowledge of bar, restaurant, in-room dining, banquet trends and best practices
- Have a good knowledge of food hygiene standard and familiar with HACCP
- Good computer literate (Familiar in using Microsoft Excel, Word & power point)
- Familiar with VHP system is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skill
