Job Description
Handle the export process, including preparation of BC 3.0 documents, coordination with forwarders, and shipment planning
Process sample orders: place shipping requests via expedition websites based on the invoice checklist from PPIC, prepare BC 3.0 files, and follow up on shipments
Manage domestic sales billing through the SAP system
Process and manage BC 2.5 documents as required
Maintain and organize records of all shipments
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of working experience in export or sales administration
Good understanding of export and domestic procedures, including required documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.)
Experienced in coordinating shipment schedules with forwarders
Strong communication skills, preferably with proficiency in English
Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and has a strong work ethic
Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java
