F and B Manager

What will You be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within an establishment, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. A food and beverage manager will also take responsibility for the restaurant quality and all the event that need be supervised. Especially, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

- Overseeing and coordinating all F&B activities, including food service, bar, events, room service, and catering.

- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficient and effective F&B operations.

- Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing stock to ensure adequate availability while minimizing waste and controlling costs.

- Supervising F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and support staff.

-Collaborating with chefs to develop innovative and appealing menus that meet customer preferences and dietary needs.

- Planning and coordinating events, functions, and catering services, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience in F&B management or similar roles in the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.

- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Fluent in English.
