JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manage end-to-end material development, sourcing, swatch evaluation, lab dip
approval, and vendor coordination.
2. Evaluate alternative materials based on MOQ, lead time, cost, and quality
requirements.
3. Maintain material databases, swatch libraries, and development tracking in Odoo
and the Innovation & Development Dashboard.
4. Lead BOM creation, verification, finalization, and material PR processing in Odoo
for sample and bulk production.
5. Monitor procurement workflows and coordinate development timelines across
Design, Sample Room, Purchasing, Finance, and Production teams.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion/Product Design,
Business Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience at Managerial or Senior Supervisor level.
3. Strong knowledge of Product Development, Textile Science, Material Sourcing.
Garment Construction, Tech Pack, BOM, Costing, and Quality Standards.
4. Proficient in Project Management, Vendor Negotiation, Problem Solving,
PLM/ERP systems, and Google Workspace/MS Office.
5. Strong Leadership, Stakeholder Management, and cross-functional
communication and collaboration skills.
6. Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
