- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Responsible for quality control standard to Managing director
- Supervise the production process
- Responsible for equipment selection and maintenance
- Review worker performance
- Compile & execute factory SOP
- D3/S1 education from any major
- Have a leadership spirit and be able to coordinate & lead carpenters
- Able to work according to deadlines & under pressure
- Can work individually or in a team
