F&B (Food and Beverage) Manager

“Food & Beverage Manager”

Job Brief :

We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all F&B and day to day operation within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. - Preserve excellent levels of internal and exsternal customer service.

• Identity customers needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.

• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personel.

• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules,policies and procedures.

• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.

• Comply with all health and safety regulations. - Report on management regarding sales result and productivity.

• co-ordinate the organizational and administrative functions in all area of the food and beverage to company.

• Monitors closely the profitability off all food and beverage outlets. Provides solutions to improve problem areas and assists in implementing corrective measures. Ensures that the departemental operation budget is strictly adhered to.

  Requirement :

• Hotel / Hospitality management diploma / degree, or related field.

• Good looking and has min 3 - 5 Years in the same experience (experience on the golf course / hotel is preferred).

• Proven food and beverage management experience.

• Working knowledge of various computer software program (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS). - Ability to spot and resolve problem efficiently.
