FFM role will responsible for Promotor Management through planning, monitoring, improvement, and people management activities:

A. Plan, monitor, and improve the promotor Sales achievement (Sell Out and Activation Target) in Area

B. Lead recruitment progress, fulfillment, and recruitment of Promotor based on quota

C. Organize and execute promotor development activities including:Training Delivery, ensure the completeness of training for Promotors including onboarding for new promotor

D. Monitoring and ensure the completion of promotor execution of sales process in RMS including

KUALIFIKASI

5+ years of proven track record in sales, preferably in consumer electronics, telecommunications, FMCG, or related retail sectors.

2+ years of experience in leading area sales and dealer management with a proven track record of sales achievement.

Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (External & Internal Target and Result Oriented Customer Focus
