Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Food Operations Field Agent in Magelan. The role involves handling merchants in the assigned area, engaging with the community, and visiting restaurants offline.

Core Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships with merchants on the ground. Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports using MS Office. Visit merchants daily to troubleshoot issues, provide support, and educate on programs. 

Essential Qualifications:

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Good appearance.
Strong communication skills.


Desirable Qualifications:

Experience working with MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms, etc.
Understanding of workflow processes.
Fluency in English is a plus.
