Field Support

Core Objectives:

• Maintain Partner Restaurants

• Contact merchants via phone

• Ensure accurate content

• Supervise merchant growth

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree welcome

• Able to work under pressure

• Willing to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Well-groomed with good communication skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Familiar with MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Forms, etc.

• Understand workflow processes

• Fluent in English (preferred)

• Creative with reports

• Strong team management and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of the area focus

• Curious, responsive, and quick to adapt

• Field-based role (90%)
