Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field. • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles. • Experience in construction finance, accounting, project cost management, or tax compliance for construction businesses is highly preferred. • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reportin. • Proficiency in developing accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and development • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
