Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, tax invoices, collections, and AR aging
- Handle customer administration and credit verification
- Maintain accurate transaction records in the ERP system
- Manage branch petty cash and documentation
- Support inventory administration, stock reconciliation, and goods receiving documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR, Finance Administration, or Accounting
- Strong understanding of AR management, collection processes, and account reconciliation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
