Finance Accounting Tax Lead

Qualifications: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance, accounting, or tax role - Good understanding of financial accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards - Proficiency in using financial software, accounting modules (AR, AP, GL) and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel) - Good communication in English - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Honest, loyal and initiative, able to work autonomously as a team leader - Personal effectiveness skills in planning, organizing, managing time and priorities Responsibilities: • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections - Coordinate and manage the company's tax compliance operations and process formulation in accordance with tax regulations. - Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records - Manage petty cash - Liaising with teams concerning stock opname, stock management, financial records and accounts - Preparing the month-end and year-end closing processes - Providing financial data and insights to support business decision-making - Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective
