Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA preferred). - At least 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax management. - Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (e.g., PSAK). - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Proficient in financial systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable standards. - Manage all accounting activities, including AP/AR, GL, and reconciliations. - Lead tax compliance processes, including monthly and annual tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT, etc.). - Develop and implement financial policies and controls to mitigate risks. - Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making. - Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
