Finance, Accounting & Tax Position

Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in Accounting - Minimum 1 years experiences in Finance, Accounting & Tax - Advanced Excel and other office software skills, Accurate experience highly preferred - Detail oriented - Brevet Possession A & B is preferred - Willing to follow our full WFO policy in Tanjung Barat, South Jakarta. Responsibilities: - Bachelors Degree in Accounting - Familiar with Accurate system - Prepare Monthly WHT and VAT Returns by using e-Bukpot/e-Faktur - Prepare Periodic Tax Report (PPN, PPh 22, PPh 23, PPh 4 (2), PPh 25/29) - Prepare VAT reconciliation - Ensure the accuracy and timely tax payment and submission of monthly and annual tax report - Preparing budgets regularly - Finance and Collection Report - Reconcile Bank Statement (update daily balance of bank account) - Maintain Bank Account - Manage Payment and Proof of each payment - Able and understand to operate internet banking and manual transaction in bank - Collect the proof of payment from customer - Monitoring, follow up and scheduling payment - Follow up A/R and Collection - Processing data in excel - Prepare cash advance and reimbursement for employee who will have business trip and other expenses - Provide payment details and send transfer to vendor - Prepare financial reporting
