Finance, Accounting, Tax SPV

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.

3. Proficient in finance, accounting, and taxation systems (both application-based and manual).

4. Strong knowledge of financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, etc.).

5. In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH 21, PPH 23, VAT, etc.) and the latest Coretax regulations.

6. Skilled in preparing tax reports (SPT) and managing e-Faktur and e-Billing.

7. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.

8. Capable of leading a small team and managing work deadlines.

9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlookup, etc.).

10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

11. Brevet A & B certification is preferred.

Job Descriptions :

1. Supervise cash inflows and outflows (cash flow management).

2. Ensure the company’s fund management aligns with the designated budget.

3. Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

4. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

5. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK).

6. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.

7. Ensure the company complies with applicable tax regulations.

8. Prepare and submit periodic and annual tax reports (SPT).

9. Manage tax calculations, reporting, and payments.

10. Guide the finance, accounting, and tax teams to meet their targets.

11. Coordinate with external parties, such as banks, tax offices, auditors, or financial consultants.

12. Assist in strategic decision-making related to financial management.
