Job Description:

As a Finance Business Partner HR, you will support financial planning and decision-making within the company. Working closely with cross-functional departments, you’ll provide essential financial insights to drive effective strategies and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning:

• Develop budgets and forecasts to guide financial decisions.

• Analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights.

Business Support:

• Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with company objectives.

• Offer financial advice to support growth initiatives.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health.

• Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Reporting:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory compliance.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

• Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets.

Project Support:

• Provide financial analysis to support company projects.

• Evaluate and assess investment opportunities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a similar role.

FMCG industry experience is preferred.
