Key Responsibilities: - Prepare financial reports for the management team for strategic decision-making purposes for international standard reporting. - Lead the general accounting process, financial statement reconciliations, and tax functions to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are accurate, comply with internal controls, and are timely. - Create monitoring reports to assist the commercial team, engineering team, operations team in tracking current daily activities, including categorizing expenses by type and tracking cost drivers for each sales, marketing, operations, and technical process. - Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial policies. - Oversee all activities related to relevant government policies and regulators, including liaising with auditors (external, internal, tax, OJK). Qualifications: - Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferred) - Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) - Fluent in English, both spoken and written - Tax Knowledge: Understand the principles and regulations of taxation applicable in the country or region of employment. Master various types of taxes, such as income tax, VAT, PPh 21, and similar. - Ability to analyze financial and tax data, identify issues, and present effective solutions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various parties, including tax authorities, clients, and internal teams. - Tax brevet A, B, and C are required; C will be an advantage. - Proficient in financial report preparation - Good understanding of finance and accounting processes - Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively - Detail-oriented, honest, meticulous, and able to work in a team
