Finance Executive

Dengan persyaratan :

- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Akuntansi.

- Bersedia bekerja onsite di Graha Pena, Batam Centre

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Bank/ Accounts Receivable (AR) /Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliation & recording

• Verify and process the original documents (eg. invoice/ PO/ DO & ect)

• Handle monthly taxation Pph21, Pph23/26, & check annual Tax Return (Pph Badan). Keep track and save record of tax returns/ tax slips.

• Manage BPJS

• Review corporate income tax calculations done by the tax consultant.

• Assist in the preparation of the monthly cash flow position

• Prepare Salary payments

• Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll. Upload bank file for approval

• Manage, coordinate & participate tax audits

• Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information
