Job Description 

Responsible for preparing financial reports, ensuring the accurate recording of transactions in the system, and conducting thorough financial analyses.

Ensuring accurate monitoring of incoming cash from sales and processing outgoing payments in accordance with established procedures, including the preparation of bank reconciliations.

Performing inventory control functions across all store/warehouse locations and ensuring the accuracy of inventory costing and sold products.

Coordinating tasks related to the procurement of goods and services to ensure compliance with procedures.

Collaborating with all departments, including store teams and the finance group, to ensure smooth company operations.

 

Qualification 

Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and relevant work experience in accounting and finance.

Experienced in operating accounting systems (familiarity with the ESB system is a plus).

Able to communicate effectively to facilitate coordination and cross-departmental collaboration.
