JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university • Having at least 2-3 Years experience in Finance or Accounting • Strong proficiency in financial software and microsoft office, especially Excel. • Fluent in English (both oral and written) • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. JOB DESCRIPTIONS • Preparing utility bill for tenants every month and ensure the payment. • Ensure all AR is collected according to the due date. • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to resolve outstanding payments. • Make a daily report of the company's bank account mutation. • Prepare administrative document related to Finance Department.
