Job Description : 

 ⁠Develop and maintain financial models, financial planning, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making. 

Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the Finance Manager. 

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key business drivers.

⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impacts of strategic initiatives. 

⁠Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets. 

Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CFA is a plus. 

⁠25 - 30 years old. 

3-5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or financial analysis, preferably in the finance or property industry. 

⁠Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheet, PPt, Power BI). 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

⁠Fluent in English is a plus. 

Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
