Fleet Management Admin - SPX Express (Semarang)

Job Description : 

• Conducting a reconciliation process for daily rent / campaign unit billing by collecting and validating supporting documents from users, such as manual delivery notes / linehaul trips / standby forms

• Checking the order confirmation letter to ensure that location, total units, total usage days, and rate match the billed vendor data

• Confirming with users at the Hub / FM Hub responsible for extending or using units beyond regular hours

• Perform own risk invoice verification and evaluate incidents based on the incident report from the unit owner

• Communicate with the Accident (LAKA) and asset management teams for accident-related documents and end of contract unit retrieval

• Follow up with vendors for invoicing on accident-related costs and unit retrieval according to SLA

• Conduct daily ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) data checks for all SPX units & ensure payment for ETLE fees has been made or correctly charged through the official report

Requirements : 

• Minimum SMA / SMK graduate

• 1 year experience as Admin in the logistic industry / transportation management

• Humble, high Initiatives, analytical mind, detail oriented and good communication skill

• Eagerness to constantly learn and improve according to current needs

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to new changes

• Able to use basic excel / spreadsheet formulas

• Willing to be employed under Contract employment
