Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that customers are utilizing Cartracks innovative services to their fullest potential - Conduct service status evaluations and liaise with customers to ensure maximum service up-times - Arrange schedule repairs or preventative maintenance, ensuring that the necessary numbers of fleet vehicles are available at all times - Prepare daily service level statistics and report exceptions where required - Escalate inquiries to relevant departments and ensure that solutions are implemented in a timely manner - Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience - Experience in customer service will be an added advantage - Proficient in English and Bahasa - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hands-on and a positive attitude - Technically independent with good initiative - Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
