Food & Beverage Manager

- Organize and direct a team essentially oriented towards customer service & satisfaction in the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banquet. The individual is solely responsible to create, coordinate and implement the training of staff throughout the department. - Ensure the delivery of all orders while maintaining a high quality of service, creates consistency and consistently maximum guest satisfaction in all Food & Beverage outlets, while keeping within the limits of the budget and defined management policies. - Minimum 2 years experiences in the same field. - Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Excellent customer service skills. - Proficiency in a second language. - AccorHotels experience will be an advantage. - Working knowledge of property management software.
