Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and visual communication. Lead and oversee the creative process, ensuring high-quality design and brand consistency. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to bring ideas to life. Provide guidance and feedback to the creative team to ensure alignment with project goals. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence. Present creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and campaign execution. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience in advertising, marketing, or digital media industries is a plus. Availability to start immediately.
