Front Desk Receptionist

Education

• Minimum Diploma (D1/D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in Guest Service, Front Office, Guest Relations, or similar position.

• Experience in 4/5-star hotel or luxury villa is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Able to handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of hotel/villa facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Computer literate and familiar with hotel PMS is an advantage.

• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
