Key Responsibilities: 1. Welcome clients as they arrive at the studio. 2. Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism. 3. Schedule and confirm appointments for Pilates classes and private sessions. 4. Process sales transactions, including memberships and class packages. 5. Maintain accurate records of client information and manage data entry tasks. 6. Assist in promoting studio offerings and upselling additional services as needed. 7. Ensure the reception area and studio are clean, organized, and welcoming. 8. Collaborate with the studio team to support daily operations and marketing efforts. 9. Address client concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly and courteously. 10. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary. Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional education is a plus. • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle cash and process financial transactions accurately. • Proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, booking systems). • A positive attitude and a passion for health and wellness.
