Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Role: Welcoming guests warmly, assisting with the check-in and check-out process, and providing friendly and courteous service in meeting all guest needs.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely and accurate service to guests
Assisting with the check-in and check-out process
Handling complaints and fulfilling guest requests
Facilitating communication between guests and relevant departments within the company, and providing necessary information
Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of the front area and front desk

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Previous experience working as a front office/receptionist
Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A)
Proficient in English
Pleasant appearance
Good communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Friendly, Honest, and Detail-oriented
